Getting roofing! It’s always such a relief when these guys take over. With the snows and torrential rains of January, it will be so great to dry this house out a bit
Roofing is mostly on. We put plastic over the windows to keep out any wind blown rain until the windows show up
Metal roofing was used on the shallow slope roofs. And the windows are in now too!
The Zip sheathing system requires a lot of tape and caulk to seal the house up
